well...lately..i've been reading. finished Tuesdays with Morrie and The 5 People you meet in Heaven. must say..i'm getting quite good at crying abt things i read. hahaha...so..now i'm reading trashy novels. pretty cliche..but there's a feel-good element abt such trashy novels..they never end badly, with half the characters dead, and best of all, they aren't tear-inducing! too trashy! i must say Sophie Kinsella has a wicked sense of humour. not comparable of JK Rowling, of course, but hey...if JK Rowling takes a million and 1 yrs to write a book..i must have another book to keep me occupied right? it might as well be a funny book then! (:
anyway....HARRY POTTER IS COMING SOON!!!!! can u tell i'm excited? (duh!!!!) i realise i'm a little behind time. apparently..the news was released on tues..and i saw it in the papers today. though to me, the release date of the next potter book is worthy of front page coverage..i really doubt the ppl at SPH share my sentiments. hmm....i wanna get a copy of the half-blood prince on the 16th july!!!! if i pre-order through amazon, when will i get the book? 16th july? or 21 days aft the 16th? i tried calling borders..and they advised me to call a month or 2 before the release date. i've waited so long for the book....i sure hope when it finally does arrive...it isn't too disappointing. i must say phoenix didn't meet my expectations. i mean...JKR does take forever to write each book..but if she can find time to concieve 2 babies..she can find time to write books that live to my expectations!
